BEACH classes in Sea Bright + Lavallette, NJ!
With our practice of barre, meditation, breathwork + reiki, we strive to provide you a
full mind, body wellness connection.

soloRETREAT
Our most recent soloRETREAT was a meticulously curated weekend at HUTTON BRICKYARDS in Kingston, NY in Spring '23. Because of it's huge success, we are looking forward to planning a biannual soloRETREAT in locations that promise to bring you one with nature, center you in the present moment, and strengthen body, mind + soul.
Our soloRETREAT will deliver on mental + physical strength movement sessions, restorative movements, connective breathwork, mindful meditation, calming effects of nature, realignment of energy through self care reiki sessions + so much more.
We will help to facilitate a restorative reset for the mind, body + soul
with a practice focused on returning you to the present moment.

BEACH barre+meditation
Introducing LOCAL SUMMER BEACH barre + meditation
offered September - November at New York Ave in Lavallette + Anchorage Beach in Sea Bright, NJ!
This class is done on the sand without equipment + is designed to use your own body weight to create long, lean muscle.
We close out each 45min barre session with a 15min guided meditation.
All while enjoying the ocean breeze, the sound of waves crashing + some sunshine!
VIRTUAL barre+meditation
60 min VIRTUAL LIVE barre + meditation! We are offering both private + group 45 min barre + 15 meditation.
All you need is a chair/countertop, yoga mat/towel + 2-3 lb. weights (optional).
Come connect with us...still from the comfort of your own home!
BACKYARD barre+meditation
This 45min. barre session +15min. guided meditation is done completely outdoors in your own BACKYARD.
We also offer weekly BACKYARD sessions at my home in Fair Haven, NJ.
We incorporate breath work throughout the session not only for recovery, but to also build the your core strength.
We finish with a 15 minute guided meditative breathe to help realign your energy. The class is designed to use your own body weight to create long, lean muscle. We bring the studio to you: barres, weights + music.
All you need is to walk outside your door to experience this one of a kind, nature-built-right-in, sweat sesh.

Tapping into ones own energy is a priceless gift. We offer Reiki Therapy, which is a healing modality
that uses light touch to stimulate the body's own self healing response.
Each session will help to promote, both physical + emotional mindfulness, balance + resilience.
You will leave each session feeling relaxed, restored + with a true sense of calm that comes only from within.

MOVE | BREATHE | MEDITATE
Although I did not start my career in the health + wellness world, it has always been an important part of my life. After leaving a 10 year career in the fashion industry in NYC, my husband + I moved to Bronxville, NY to start our family + finally settled in Fair Haven, NJ in 2020. I struggled, as many do, to find the balance I needed between, family, work + a fitness regiment that fit my lifestyle. I discovered barre + meditation in 2015 + found everything I had been looking for to get my mind + body connected. After becoming a certified barre through the Tracy Mallot Method + a certified meditation, breath + reiki instructor through the NY Open Center, it was very important to me to begin to share this technique with other people looking for this same connection. I am also a practicing certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which focuses on healing the whole person - mentally, physically, emotionally + spiritually.
The development of solo barre came from the very organic idea to provide a successful technique in an intimate setting, where form + timing can be consistently perfected. It felt very natural to incorporate breath work, meditation + reiki into my practice, as it enhances
the alignment of mind + body.
Life should be lived with joy, gratitude + a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform + guide my teaching, which
is focused on helping my clients better connect to
themselves + everything around them.

This 60 min barre + meditation session is designed to renew + strengthen from the inside out! You'll notice your seat lift, your waistline tighten + your legs firm + lengthen. The 10 minute arm circuit, that incorporates light weights with high reps, will create that definition in your arms + back that you've been striving for. Our technique incorporates intervals so you receive the calorie burning + endorphin-creating energy that fuels you for your day.
We bring everything you need for a successful + challenging workout:
a portable ballet barre, light weights/bands, mat + sponge ball.
We close out each 45 min barre session with a 15 minute mindfully guided meditation that focuses on deep
breath work + gentle movement. We incorporate sound healing using a crystal alchemy bowl with tranquil music to provide the optimal setting for a successful meditation.
This 1-on-1 session is designed to guide you through mindful breathing, movement + form all in the comfort of your own home. The goal is always to take pride + show gratitude for the work + positive energy you are creating. Enjoy the flow of movement all paired back to a great playlist that will lift your mood for the rest of the day!
